Giatec is searching for its driving force in managing a team of inside sales representatives, planning sales strategies and driving revenue growth. Your focus will be on sales performance and establishing and refining sales processes to drive revenue opportunities. You must be skilled at coaching and mentoring team members while overseeing the team’s goals and objectives. Additionally, you have an analytical mind and can implement strong data-oriented and scalable sales practices. Your end-goal is to grow market share and revenues.
Our ideal candidate is driven, curious, intelligent and has prior experience in sales management at a B2B Software company. The Inside Sales Manager is expected to understand the entire client journey and should have prior experience coaching, leading, mentoring and managing a team of sales representatives in a high growth and fast paced environment. Extensive training will be provided to help understand Giatec’s specific industry and clientele, however, the ideal candidate will not require extensive training or management; acting independently will be crucial to success in this role.
