Giatec is searching for its driving force in managing a team of inside sales representatives, planning sales strategies and driving revenue growth. Your focus will be on sales performance and establishing and refining sales processes to drive revenue opportunities. You must be skilled at coaching and mentoring team members while overseeing the team’s goals and objectives. Additionally, you have an analytical mind and can implement strong data-oriented and scalable sales practices. Your end-goal is to grow market share and revenues.

Our ideal candidate is driven, curious, intelligent and has prior experience in sales management at a B2B Software company. The Inside Sales Manager is expected to understand the entire client journey and should have prior experience coaching, leading, mentoring and managing a team of sales representatives in a high growth and fast paced environment. Extensive training will be provided to help understand Giatec’s specific industry and clientele, however, the ideal candidate will not require extensive training or management; acting independently will be crucial to success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide the inside sales team with corporate goals and keep track of KPI's/metrics to deliver results by managing sales quotas
  • Lead the activities of the inside sales team, which includes hiring, coaching, developing talent, fostering team culture, and overseeing performance management
  • Provide coaching and supervision to ensure the team achieves revenue growth
  • Ability to close sales personally when opportunities arise.
  • Apply a culture of continuous improvement - actively engage in identifying, developing, implementing and refining strategies, policies, and processes.
  • Report weekly to management with progress, plans, next steps etc., in a concise format to keep open communication
  • Identify root causes for under performance and lead process changes (be part of the solution!)
  • Develop and conduct training sessions on skills improvement in the areas of inbound sales, outbound sales, closing, demos, and other relevant learning & development topics
  • Grow your team by hiring top talent and manage engagement and retention of team members
  • Ensure effective coordination and support between account teams and supporting technical resources.
  • Use modern approaches to sales and sales operations:
  • CRM (Salesforce) knowledge and rigorous use (viewed as a necessity, not a burden)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Capable of understanding and leveraging industry/market trends and basic business/finance concepts
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate data, develop a sales plan, and accurately forecast results

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of sales success developing new business (B2B)
  • 3 - 5 years of sales management leading a team of 5-10 direct reports (including Business Development Reps, Inside Sales Reps, Account Executives, etc.)
