Mitel Advanced Services include requirements consultation, solution engineering, system and database configuration, as well as a full set of pre-checks and tests before and after system power-up. Post-cutover monitoring will ensure a successful conclusion to the technology upgrade.
MiVoice Business Upgrades
The Advanced Services engineer will work with channel partners to migrate customer Mitel MiVoice Business systems forward to the latest release through the following steps: (1) identify existing systems and desired changes; (2) develop an end-to-end project plan; (3) staging, configuration, and testing; and (4) project execution. All steps will be completed offline in our migration lab to ensure minimal business disruption and allow customers to focus on their core business during the transition.
Mitel Mass Notification
The Advanced Services engineer will design and implement the Mitel Mass Notification product suite.
Contact Center Services
Mitel solution professionals will provide guidance on the engineering and best practices of a customer’s multimedia contact center solution, develop a solution design, and conduct the implementation. Customers will receive concrete, actionable recommendations on how to optimize their operations based on business goals; maximize investment; achieve a higher return on investment (ROI); and differentiate themselves from the competitors. Services are comprehensive, including everything from business process analysis and call flow design to performance engineering and disaster recovery.
The Advanced Services engineer will design and implement a video solution that maximizes collaboration, streamlines operations, and properly integrates into the customer’s network. This integration will include a network assessment, inoperability, and design and traffic engineering.
Work with customers to design and implement a complete business continuity solution based on requirements. The resulting solution will use high availability and virtualization to establish optimum performance within an IT network or virtual environment.
Designed to ensure customers continue to maximize the business value from their communications infrastructure or Contact Center, the Advanced Services engineer offers an IP Communications Healthcheck and a Contact Center Healthcheck. Healthcheck provides detailed advice on optimization and development opportunities by providing strategic, operational, and technological information needed to make sound management decisions.
