Job Description

  • Take on the role of contract administrator, be open to learning in the role
  • Proof-reading, reformatting and preparing final versions of legal documents for execution,
  • Preparing forms, minutes and meeting materials, etc. as necessary.
  • Liaising with internal clients, external vendors, law firms on administrative issues
  • Learning internal processes and procedures as required
  • Performing general clerical duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, expense reports, and scheduling appointments and conference calls, reserve meeting rooms, make travel arrangements as necessary
  • Willingness and ability to learn how to handle NDAs and assist in reviewing PO terms
  • Managing and maintaining calendars ensuring that the calendar reflects the changing priorities
  • Where required, attend external courses paid for by the company to learn contract management and other related skills etc.
  • Organizing documents on the electronic and paper filing systems, processing invoices
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations and excel spreadsheets
  • Performing any other general office duties as required
