Be an ambassador for Fullscript. You’ll often be the first Fullscripter people speak with, so you need to be great at understanding their motivators and determining if they’re an initial fit with the team.
Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
Identify new ways to build awareness of Fullscript’s talent brand
Be a team player and assist the People Ops team with employee relations and HR compliance.
Collaborate with the team to contribute to quarterly strategic roadmap objectives.

An experienced professional who is looking for their next big opportunity to grow and advance their career.
Curious, smart and always learning and experimenting.
Collaborative; our success is your success, and your success is our success.
A storyteller that captivates their audience be it in words or in happy dances.
Able to complete a high volume of complex tasks with minimal to no supervision.
A problem solver at heart with a genuine interest in learning by helping.
Finally, the ideal candidate will be someone who wants to be more than “just an Admin” and is ready to build a deep and trusting, long-term relationship with our customers and our team.
You stand out because you have:
3-4 years experience with human-centered, full-cycle recruiting at a fast-paced organization.
At least 2 years experience in a people operations role focused on employee relations.
Experience with BambooHR, Namely and other parts of a modern HR Tech Stack.
