POSITION: Senior Product Manufacturing Specialist

The successful candidate will provide engineering support for the resolution of hardware problems, introduction of new products to selected contracts manufacturers (CMs), product maintenance, CM transitions. This role requires a close working relationship with contract manufacturers, R&D teams and operational team members.
The candidate for this position should have:
o Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering
o Min. 5-7 year working experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in telecom products
o Design of analog and digital electronics, schematic capture and PCB layout, timing analysis, and engineering analysis.
o Operational knowledge of RF simulation tools, network analyzers and spectrum analyzers
o Experience with DECT standards and DECT Protocols (CAT-iq, GAP)
o Power Design is an asset: Familiar with Boost/Buck DC- DC Converters, Linear and Low Drop-Out Regulators, Transformers, Power Over Ethernet
o Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to engage different functional teams such as R&D, Operations, QA, external suppliers and contract manufacturers
o Proven track record in being able to analyze complex situations to determine root cause.
o Self-motivated and eager to take on new challenges
o Able to travel to China as required.
