Job Description

GoFor is hiring for an Onboarding Specialist to set up our customers up for long-term success by managing the implementation process for our new accounts. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will drive adoption and customer value by delivering a world-class, on-time, and value-oriented onboarding experience.

You’ll be doing things like:

  • Lead the implementation of many new fulfillment customers concurrently
  • Communicates and manages internal and external onboarding requirements and expectations with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Align customer expectations and the GoFor solution
  • Manage customer expectations effectively
  • Keeps record of customer interactions and completed setup steps in our CRM system (Salesforce.com)
  • Develop an intimate understanding of customers’ businesses and strategic objectives
  • Design and execute against detailed project plans to ensure on-time delivery
  • Assist in the design and optimization of various onboarding programs
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources and input (Customer Success, Operations, Engineering, Sales)
  • Mitigate project risk by communicating clearly and escalating internally when appropriate
  • Establish strong, lasting relationships with key customer stakeholders

Who you are…

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment with flawless execution; working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mind with creative problem-solving abilities
  • Love of data, and a thorough understanding of how data-driven decision making transforms a product or business
  • Extreme attention to detail with excellent writing and editing skill
