The primary function of this position is to monitor, evaluate, and analyze the calls performance within the company, in order to detect and involve the appropriate team to address any call quality issues.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage existing company tools to extract meaningful data to evaluate calls quality.
  2. Provide practical suggestions to improve monitoring of voice calls.
  3. Interact with other teams when required to solve/improve any existing issues.

Competencies Required:

  • Strong speaking and presentation skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • Knowledge of VOIP call flow
  • Knowledge of call quality measurements metrics
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational, administrative and time management skills
