TalentMap is currently seeking an Intermediate Developer to join the development team. We are looking for someone that excels in building complex, enterprise-level software and loves to just try things (read: get sh*t done). We follow an Agile process and encourage ownership and innovation. We will give you the tools and latest technologies you need to succeed at your job and really make a difference here. The role will primarily focus on building new features for TalentMap’s core employee engagement survey platform, specifically on our reporting tools – one of the most complex and valuable aspects of our software. Done the right way, your work will have a significant impact on our end users and will help them drive positive change within their organization.
The position requires an onsite presence. You’ll be joining TalentMap’s Ottawa team in the west-end (Bells Corners). Our office is casual, have flexible hours, and is staffed with highly skilled and energetic professionals. One of our core values is building meaningful relationships – with our customers and our internal staff.
