We are currently in the process of looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team. Our team is working hard on pushing a massive boulder up a mountain in the healthcare industry. This boulder is a movement towards healthcare that is functional and integrative.
Today, Fullscript is a digital supplement dispensary that replaces or reduces the need for an in-office inventory of supplements. Tomorrow, Fullscript will be much more than just a supplement dispensing tool - we are an integral prescribing tool for the integrative practitioner.
We are looking for a Recruiter to support and fuel the growth of our team! Fullscript aim is quite simple; recruit and retain seriously awesome talented people who want to add value to our team.
Your main duties include managing the full-cycle recruiting process while ensuring both hiring managers and candidates have exceptional experiences along the way.
What you’ll get to do
Build up and creatively source a steady pipeline of suitable candidates using all possible channels.
Partner closely with different departments to deeply understand their hiring needs while making hiring recommendations, support events, and build a strategy to hire amazing people for Fullscript.
Find or create new sources of talent. - Indeed and Glassdoor are great, but where are we not looking?
Emphasize diversity and inclusivity - you’ll look for traditional and nontraditional methods to increase the likelihood we can bring new perspectives to the team.
Help screen candidates, manage the hiring manager’s expectations and advise on future needs and team culture.
Create an exceptional applicant experience (nurturing a relationship from day one) and make sure everyone receives timely feedback and a positive experience with us!
Be an ambassador for Fullscript. You’ll often be the first Fullscripter people speak with, so you need to be great at understanding their motivators and determining if they’re an initial fit with the team.
Identify new ways to build awareness of Fullscript.
What you bring
2+ years of demonstrated experience executing full-cycle recruiting.
Technical recruitment experience is essential, with a focus on software developers.
A high-level understanding of our stack (especially Ruby) - we don’t expect you to be able to code but need you to have a proficient knowledge of modern coding languages, e-commerce frameworks, SDLC, and DevOps.
A passion for creativity sourcing candidates through multiple channels, in particular; social media, industry networking events and creative/tech meetups.
Experience with an ATS (we use BambooHR) or CRM systems.
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment, from 5-10 open roles at a time.
A passion for building networks, relationships, and creative recruitment methods.
Clear communication skills, and exemplary phone and email etiquette.
Ability to prioritize workload, manage deadlines and multitask in a fast pace company.

Previous startup experience.
Private sector in-house or third-party agency recruiting experience a plus.
