Huawei has an immediate opening for a Technical Recruiter for our Ottawa office. This is a 12-month contract position.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Talent mapping
  • Sourcing
  • Head hunting
  • Interviewing
  • Salary negotiations
  • Administrating the approval process, offer letter, and related activities
  • Working closely with your hiring managers

Qualifications

  • Great attitude and a team player
  • Ability to quickly create relationships with hard to find candidates
  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience and/or 5+ years of overall recruiting experience
  • Detail-oriented individual who is not afraid of process
  • Innovative ideas and approaches for Talent Acquisition
  • Results-oriented
  • Confidence in their abilities to recruit and negotiate
