General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada is currently looking for an Intermediate Human Resources Administrator for their Ottawa location. This role will primarily provide administrative support services for Learning & Development and Benefits Administration. The Human Resources Administrator will be specialized support for accurate maintenance and administration of the human resources PeopleSoft and our Learning Management Systems. At the intermediate level, the Human Resources Administrator is expected to have the ability to manage a variety of tasks, working independently in entry of data into PeopleSoft and other HR systems, assisting as back-up to both the Benefits Administrator and the Learning & Development Coordinator. The Human Resources Administrator will also be involved in HR-related projects as either a contributor or a lead for smaller projects.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 10 year consecutive residence in Canada – for Canadian Secret Security Clearance
Applicants will be required to obtain/hold a valid and current Canadian security clearance to gain access to the classified spaces, information and equipment in order to perform the work associated with this position.
