The Demand Generation Manager will play an integral role by creating awareness and driving demand that help FarmLead scale.   This position, reporting to the Vice President Marketing, requires someone who is creative, analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented. The ideal candidate will own SEO, SEM, another paid marketing efforts to drive awareness and new customer acquisition for FarmLead.com and related Android and iPhone mobile apps. They will contribute to product, social media, content, email, as well as influencer and referral marketing programs. As a member of our great team, you’ll have an opportunity to have direct and measurable impact on the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully marketing and growing user bases for SaaS or online marketplace companies. You will be able to share examples of your best work and clearly communicate the business objectives that drove your decision-making process and the quantifiable results that were achieved Requirements Core Responsibilities Deeply understand the customer and strategize demand generation tactics that will reach them, resonate with them, and influence them to convert Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns to drive awareness, traffic, and customer acquisition Set and execute an SEO strategy to drive highly qualified organic traffic Manage our paid channels (including Facebook, search, display, social, events, etc.) to cost effectively reach our target customer and fill our funnel with leads Optimize process to move prospects through to conversion Contribute to content creation to support demand gen activities, including landing pages, webinars, blog posts, product demos, videos, etc. Evangelize our product by representing us in online communities, social media, industry events, webinars, speaking engagements, etc. Report on KPIs for all your efforts and be comfortable with cohort-level analysis, including channel attribution, CAC, LTV, engagement and conversion concepts/reporting. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree 5+ years' experience in a demand generation role at a SaaS or online marketplace environment 5+ years’ experience in SEO, SEM, and paid advertising with a track record of driving results Experienced in managing advertising budgets Demonstrated ability to create content programs that resonate with a specific audience Experienced with marketing technology and tools Preferred Qualifications Experience with Marketo or other marketing automation software. Self-starter. You know what to do, like to get your hands dirty, dive into the details, and get it done. Very analytical. You can navigate through data and analytics with ease, asking the right questions, and unearthing the answers that will guide us to new opportunities. Tenacious.
