  Duties, Responsibilities and Accountability:   Printing setup documents to pick, setup parts on feeders, load on feeder carts and perform changeover for the SMT lines. Maintaining all inventory and shortages that occur for SMT requirements. Works closely with Pick and Place Operator/Technician’s to ensure efficiencies within the pick and place set-ups, as well as, defect issues at the AOI and reflow. Fully understand the operation of the MES system with respect to on-line documentation, WIP tracking and defect management. AOI machine operation, including adhering to the First off Procedure to ensure assembly quality throughout the run. Performs reflow duties which include verifying SMT components put on by the pick and place machine, adding manual components, operation of the reflow oven, giving and receiving feedback for assembly quality. Assisting SMT Machine Operator setting up screen printer, changing reels, washing screens and light housekeeping to keep machines and area organized Work the manual paste dispense station. Maintaining ESD practices. Adhering to MSDS procedures. Keeping up-to-date on Manufacturing technology and new processes.     Duties, Responsibilities and Accountability:  Responsible for receiving all parcels that come to Ross Video Opens and verifies the contents to the packing slip, Purchase Order and engineering database. Ensures parts meet engineering criteria, including having proper regulatory markings as per engineering database when parts are denoted as “safety critical” Upon initial receipt of new part, checks engineering database for “safety critical” parts. Updates materials database to proper prime stockroom if necessary Advises Materials Manager and appropriate buyer should parts not comply with engineering database so as to initiate return of material to vendor. Responsible for putting received stock away properly marked, noting special handling of Safety Critical parts. Input packing slips to Max. Create Barcodes and stock box labels. Inspects circuit boards/ metal work/ raw material etc. upon receiving. Examines material for physical defects. Rejects faulty material, and records type and quantity of defects. Measures parts to verify accuracy of dimensions. Communicates with Production Managers for vendor acknowledgement of PCB defects Perform other related duties as required.  Job Requirements: Knowledge/Education/Training: Overall good computer skills Experience with an MIS system such as MAX or similar database is an asset High School Diploma or equivalent work experience  Traits: Organized and very detail orientated Team player but able to work independently Able to work on multiple on-going projects Ability to effectively function in a fast-paced environment  Experience: Manufacturing background is an asset Excellent understanding of Ross Video products and parts  Physical Demands:  Able to lift up to 50 lbs and open boxes  Work Environment: Stock Room, Moderate Noise

  Duties, Responsibilities and Accountability:   Fulfill shipments by picking Finished Goods to Sales Order specifications Prepare Finished Goods for shipment according to Work Order specifications Packages goods into cartons/crates/skids in a safe and secure manner according to internal policies and processes Affixes shipping labels to cartons/skids in accordance with internal processes and Carrier requirements Works with Sales Admin staff to assist in document shipments by providing weights and dimensions and tracking numbers as required. Load/unload and verify integrity of all incoming and outgoing materials Preparing and loading material in a timely manner so as to meet delivery deadlines. Transport items between regional Ross Video locations/offices. Transport items to customer sites in emergency situations, if required. Receiving all incoming shipments and authorizing for correctness of the product received. Assembles boxes and keeps packaging storage area neat and tidy. Assists in maintaining inventory of shipping materials and supplies. Operates forklift truck to move shipments from shipping and receiving area to trucks.
