We are currently looking for: Manager, Internal & Partner Enablement 16 month term Reporting to the Dierctor, Center of Excellence, the Manager, Internal & Partner Enablement is focused on building deep expertise within employees at Kinaxis and our partners including: RapidResponse, soft skills, certification, sales enablement and various skill development. The successful candidate would be responsible for driving and managing knowledge programs to promote continuous learning and skill development in the employee and partner ecosystem. You will work with internal organizations and Kinaxis partners to ensure the right training and learning programs are created and executed across this ecosystem, including managing all Kinaxis training paths, driving certification, managing internal learning events, evaluating soft skill requirements and making learning and development recommendations. The Internal & Partner Enablement Leader, ensures that Kinaxis employees and partners have the right skills and knowledge to succeed in their role and ultimately deliver the best solutions to our customers. What You’ll Do Work with key stakeholders (internal & external) to understand business drivers and define enablement roadmaps to achieve company strategy, goals, and values Develop and champion a strong focus on skills development (product & non-product), which successfully builds Kinaxis and our Partner’s expertise Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and Kinaxis partners to keep enablement up-to-date and track progress Manage, coordinate, and execute all enablement activities for various audiences. Collaborate with the Certification Director to increase the number of Kinaxis certified employees and partners Assess the need for, create and manage large cross-functional learning programs and work with subject matter experts to create, capture and deliver knowledge sharing assets, leveraging standard platform, tools, and templates Analyze and communicate results and progress of enablement activities Evaluate effectiveness of enablement programs adjust as necessary Things You Should Have Bachelor's degree or related business experience Minimum 5+ years organizational enablement (experience with Sales Enablement considered an asset), learning & development experience 5+ years’ project management experience Recent experience in a fast-paced, global technology company Experience with self-paced learning, social and cloud technology Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven ability to coordinate and work across functional teams in person and virtually Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change Intensity, drive and the desire to succeed Proactive, go-getter attitude Resourceful and creative problem solving skills Strong commitment to customer success and quality in all aspects of work Things That Would Definitely Help Background in, or understanding of, supply chain management Background or formal diplomas in the education field Experience with RapidResponse If you want to be part a team that challenges you, moves fast, improves constantly, and makes a difference, let’s talk.
